Our most popular course, specifically designed for people with little or no experience in dealing with the media. Or for those with some media interview experience but really need to go through the essentials again.

This full day course equips your spokespeople with the tools to speak confidently to the media enabling them to exploit future media interview opportunities that may arise.

Every training session is tailored to your organisation, your services and people.

Step by step, we take delegates through the key media management areas. A large part of the course is devoted to practice interview sessions with course leaders and specialist journalists who are highly conversant in your sector.

By the end of this course participants will:
Understand the priorites and language of the media;
Feel confident to conduct television, radio and press interviews;
Know how to use effective messaging that reflects the quality of your organisation;
Have a system they can fall back on for future media interviews;
Avoid being misquoted or quoted out of context.

Delegates are taken through a comprehensive programme of media interview preparation, before experiencing their own performance in live broadcast and print interviews using realistic scenarios.
